update: i just repasted again with Arctic Mx4, and the temps were low again when i tried to ran a benchmark with throttlestop. no bsods yet tho. i did try to reinstall drivers with ddu but not in safe mode. i'll try it again with safe mode this time. thanks for the additional info about the problem!
