I see, as far as i can tell, this gpu may have dual bios, as there is a space on the board for it but i cant seem to locate a switch, is there any way to fix this bios chip?

Hello, i recently bought a 1080 Ti that was listed as not working. It seems to me that the problem is that it isn't showing up in my BIOS or in the Device Manager. The card is getting power as the fans and leds are working. What are faults that cause this to happen/ best way to go about...

So here is my problem... I bought a computer way back in 2014 with an I3 CPU and a GTX760 it worked well but now i'm selling the parts and i'm stumped, my GTX760 looks like the original Nvidia one its black and has 1 fan on BUT instead of the green Geforce on the side it has a white MSI logo...
