I also tried another stick of ram. G.Skill F4-3000C16-8GISB, same thing happened. I didn't mention it, my ram is HX424C15FB2/8.

Currently I'm again on the latest version of BIOS, 5602. PSU is almost 3 years old. I also tried setting FCLK to half of the RAM speed, but nothing changed.
