I also have this problem when I don't have a game open. For example my memory will get to a 100 percent when I'm just on google chrome.

This is ridiculous and very annoying. I can't seem to find a solution. Please help. Things I have tried already: Clean re-installation of Graphics drivers. Reboot many times. Put the card at 100% load. None of these worked so far so please help me. Thank you in advanced.
