Basically there is this noise that I thought was my new AIO cooler popping air bubbles after being moved around as there is a pump like sound that comes before the click noise but I opened my PC and found out it was coming from my power supply. My PC is running just fine but these click noises...

I have made a new PC without a hardrive and it won't turn on. The fans won't spin and the motherboard wont light up

I've just recently built a PC though is has no hard drive yet I just wanted to see if it would give me the hardrive not found error but it just wouldn't turn on.

I have the asrock fm2a88m pro 3 + (mobo) and my PSU has 2 cables labeled CPU and my mobo has 1 slot that seems to fit 1 of the 2 cables
