After trying two different sets of RAM, I called ASUS, they suggested it was a DOA motherboard. Sent it back to Newegg.com, and they shipped me out another one. This one booted up on only one of the two sets of RAM... So if you eliminate RAM as part of the issue, it may be the motherboard.

Hey Spacehelmet - Did you just get another ASUS F1A75-V Pro motherboard? I'm running in to nearly the identical problem, but no issues with my power supply. Dram Light comes on, and stays on. No boot to BIOS or anything. Did I get a DOA motherboard too?
