Got an update from the RMA department this morning, the card tested faulty and I will be getting a replacement.

Something XFX suggested was to change the PCIe lane to 3.0 in the bios, but that's the only suggestion they had that hasn't been covered. Hopefully RMAing it by end of the week.

Tried this, whenever the crashes happen it obviously sharply declines the GPU clock speed, VRAM, etc. Nothing outside of that tho, CPU is fine, non GPU fans are fine, cooler is fine.
