I'm new to the whole tech side of PCs - especially gaming set ups, and I was wondering if someone could help me pick out a laptop/desktop or the parts for a build for a rig that would be able to run Skyrim, Oblivion, e.t.c on Ultra at 60fps? I don't really play any games on PC besides those...
