Can't afford I7 4790K and Strix BROOOOOO

So i can choose -Strix -G1 Gaming -MSI TwiinFrozer -MSI (reference model) So if i pick the reference model, i can put a i7 4790K in my build too (budget), but if i pick any other i need to pick i5 4690K -MSI (reference model) seems good, i'm worried about temps and noise!
