I have a 3060ti and a ryzen 7 3700x the program is fan control and unfortunately it has no installation I deleted the file but it didn't fix it

the other day out of curiosity I downloaded fan control, but sincerely not understanding anything I closed it but the problem is that the variation remains and I can't reset it in any way, I also used msi afterburner to try to bring it back to normal but nothing do, now practically the fans...
