I don't have a ps/2 port on my pc

So, I built myself a Computer. At the moment i am installing the USB Intel USB Drivers. Now none of my USB Ports work anymore(No Mouse, No Keyboard). Also Its asking me to click "Next>".... which i obviously cant do. Is it save to restart my Computer during this driver setup?

Does the coolermaster masterliquid 240 allready have cooling liquid in it or do i have to buy one myself?

So basically I want to check if a ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E will fit in a Corsair Obsidian 750D case
