i have the exact same problem, but never while playing games are you using windows 11 too?

I buy a GTX 970 (Zotac) and a power supply GXII 650w 80 Plus Bronze (Cooler Master) to install in my computer, after i install, i start to play Borderlands The Pre-sequel, barely reached in the menu and the computer turns off. Anyone can help me? (sorry if my english is bad)
