i have a strange problem, i recently switched my video card when this began happening, when i restart my computer, only restart, i freeze at the windows logo with the spinning dots. this never happens when i reboot or when i manually shut it off and put it back on after a freeze, i have no idea...

ever since I upgraded to windows 10 I have had this issue with my computer, it will randomly freeze, the last sound will loop endlessly and I will have to hard restart the computer. It never happened previously for me on windows 7, it has happened 2 times in a week now after upgrading to windows...
