Hm, so why dram in cpu-z shows 800mhz, what doubled is 1600 what is half of 3200? Shouldnt it be 1600 in dram cpuz?

Yea, i know it. but dram frequency in that case should be ~1600mhz so double it will be 3200. Like i read in other thread dram should be as close as it can be to xmp, but my dram is quarter not halfed of 3200.
