I have two graphics cards, Sapphire HD 7870 and Powercolor HD 7850. I want to run them on a ASUS Z87-PRO with i7 4770k and i have Thermaltake Litepower 700w. Will they work ?

I have an i7-4770k CPU and ASUS-Z87PRO Mobo. What happens if i crossfire a Sapphire HD 7870 with a Powercolor HD 7850 ? Can i get fps boost on games ? I can get 7850 for free.
