That is a great build you have there. You don't need an ssd if you are in a budget , but i would recommend one. Definetly go with the h100 if you are overclocking. If you want a better cooler i would recommend a custom watercooling kit.if you need anymore help ( wich it dosent do like you need...

Go for guild wars 2. It is a huge game and it wont loose its value. Battlefield 4 will loose its value like battlefield 3 did during the year . Battlefield 4 is not worth it if you don't get the premium version of the game. That is a lot more that the original price . So yea go for guild wars...
