For video cards, I always look towards Nvidia no matter what. I know the 5700XT is a monster, but I think it's the green that sucked me in. I'm an Eagles fan and a Zelda fan so I'm more partial to green than any other color and looking at my EVGA 1070 FTW glow in my case just makes me smile...

I'm finding myself asking the same question. The G.Skill Aegis 8gb 3000mh is sold as 1 stick as well as a kit. I don't have $140 to spend on a kit, but I have the money to buy 1 stick now. If you can buy them as a kit or single stick, shouldn't they work as a kit if you buy the exact one...
