Question, how do i enable it without having a GPU plugged in? The only way my pc starts up its without the GPU, if i change to CSM without having the GPU as soon i reboot my pc reverts the option

Totally get that! But i highly doubt, this PSU was running a i5 9600k 32gb ddr4 3666mhz and the same GPU 2 weeks ago, the same PSU was also tested on a different PC which ran fine

My bad i meant to type 525W, its a TooQ extreme gaming energy II 525W 80plus Bronze and to make it clear my GPU cant be connected to my PSU via cable, it drains energy directly from the motherboard
