I am guessing that it hits those 5.3 ghz delided and custom water cooled, i am not planning to delid or have the custom cooling. Anyways i saw benchmarks that claim that both 9900k and 9700k have terrible cooling problem, running hot already on stock speeds... So not sure if thats entirely true...
