You will need to use a computer monitor using the onboard graphics so you can get into bios and change so it uses the 1070. You can try to use the hdmi cable on the onboard graphics first. Once that happens you will be able to get into bios using the 1070 instead.
Maybe you got a bad version of windows. You can google windows 10 download and get it directly from the windows store. They will give you a flash boot option so its very easy. Then you can use the windows 7 or 10 key to activate it once its installed.
I just build this computer so all parts are brand new. The problem I have been facing is the computer crashes but only when the sound is turned on. I run the display through HDMI cable to my television so it is the video card that will run sound drivers for that.
