Yes I have done that, I have now updated my mobo to a Asus rog Strix b550 f and I now have a qled for dram on and it won't post.

Ok so I have been able to get to bios using old cpu and this is disabled. Still nothing.

Is this in the bios? Not sure how to do that, and now I am not able t get the old cpu to post so I may have to look into a new mobo

Ok so I have tried this with the first bios update that says it supports the 5800x3d (f61) and no luck at all I am going try now with most up-to-date version f65a

Tried that previously with no luck. Let me try again though to see if anything change with bios update.

Alright so just pop on the F40 do a restart then jump to the newest one?

It was definitely before F40 you think I might need to go with F40 and then make the jump to a newer bios?

Hello I am having the same issues here with the same setup but I am running a 3060 not to and I have MSI A1000g power supply. I have used the F64a with no luck at all and have just now tried the f61 bios update as recommended by gigabytes web page. And still no luck

Ok so I have a Gigabyte 450 DS3H WiFi rev 1.2 mobo that used to have a Ryzen 5 3700. I have recently upgraded the BIOS to the latest version f65a I believe, using the old CPU. I have tried CMOS resets, reseating the CPU and GPU, I have tried one stick of ram in each slot, but it won't POST ?
