really need help with my cpu, its been running fine and noramlly for ages now and around 2 days ago its just started randomly dipping in usage and slowly my pc, crackling my audio etc. my friend said it was most likely High DPC Latency I've tried chaning power options and installing new drivers...

My computer is not registering my Samsung 850 evo ssd whenever I try to boot it, it turns on but the hard drive light doesnt flash and it displays nothing on the screen. I have re connected the sata cables and still nothing happens, any idea what to do?
