OK so I messed up my PC and in the process I removed all my restore points! I've turn on restore points now but when I go to reset my pc it doesn't work it gets to about 30% and then it brings up some blue screen and says something like "PC re cannot be completed" Edit: I also cannot write too...

As the title says I've been having the texture pop in glitch... I've tried the high priority in task manager and my system spec: i5 7500 gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb ram (i also play with redux)
