If you were to get rid of the budget how could I get 60 fps on 1080p ultra settings on civ 6, and how good of a cpu do you need to run a cpu intensive game like civ 6.

In the dark base pro 900 can you move where the optical drives are? Also can you put fans at the bottom of the case? Finally is the EK-XLC predator 360 AIO cooler a good cooler for this case or is their a better one, or should I use air cooling?
