    Thanks for all of the replys. Ive been working on mine too. But, I dont think theres too much you can do other than getting a faster ISP or moving closer to the server.

    I would also suggest to start over. Get a new MOBO and the like, upgrading an AGP card, is pretty useless nowadays.
