So now I have removed the old boot drive and got a usb windows 11 installer like an official one, I load the usb it says loading files then sends me right back to the boot loop

Every time I’ve tried it just hangs and doesn’t allow me to even override the boot order.

I still have access to the bios I must’ve forgot to write that, but when I try to boot into a recovery usb/windows 11 instal media usb it just doesn’t and I assume it’s probably because the failed drive is still plugged in on the m.2 slot
