I got it. Looks like it allowed me to initialize and format in my Disk Mgmt tool. THX MUCH!!!

It's a PCI M2 SSD but just in case there's nothing plugged into SATA #2 since the board instructions say if you use M2 SATA then you cannot use this port. I did notice in Windows Disk Mgmt tool it's there as "Disk 0" and says "not initialized". Disk 1 is the other M2 card and is now the C: drive.

BTW, I confirmed this a couple of times by changing the BIOS settings and rebooting. Each time when I boot and have speedstep enabled, the fan starts pumping like an airplane engine even prior to the windows welcome screen.....ODD!!!
