    My computer is hard restarting while playing games

    How long have you had your Zotac GTX 960? it may be possible that your computer is just dirty inside and overheating, maybe try opening the case and vacuuming/blowing dust out.

    GPU Fans spin really fast, monitor loses signal, all when loading up a game.

    Sounds like the games are trying to run at a higher resolution then what your monitor supports, do you use Nvidia Geforce Experiance ?
