    it could be motherboard drivers. your old motherboard probably took a crap. your new motherboard should be displaying. if your new motherboard has onboard video, you will need to use it to install the drivers for the PCIE. once installed it should read your GPU in the PCIE slot. cheers

    are you running vsync? if you are running Vsync, your fps is limited to 60 and therefore a powerhouse like a 7700k and 1080ti wont be nearly at 1/2 - 3/4 usage in your scenario. also, check your nvidia control to ensure you "prefer maximum performance" If you are using the TIM that came on...
