CPU cooling system for bitfenix prodigy

I've got a rig with a 4770K, a z87i-pro and a g.skill ram. I'm concerned about the current cpu cooling solution (bundled with the intel processor). As I will try to OC, what should I get? Does a DH14 or an Evo 212 will fit with the g.skill ram? Seeing that H80i or H100i are in a similar price...

Good graphics card that last 2-3 years

What graphics card do you recommend that will last 2-3 years and be able to play games at a high quality now and medium quality in the future? I've been looking to the Asus GTX 770 (2Gb). Rig is: i7-4770K 16Gb 2400 RAM 250Gb SSD Z87 motherboard (Asus z87i-pro) thanks

Upgrading Core 2 Duo E6750 from 2gb to 4gb advice?

Sure, you'll make it last a year or two more (depending on the games you want to play).

Need Help With First PC Build

Agree!r However, if you do not plan on overclocking, you could save some by getting non-K i7 series and an H87 based motherboard.

Will this expensive pc build be future proof?

Having 2 GPUs (GTX780), get a better PSU. Maybe EVGA 1000 or Corsair AX.

Need Help With First PC Build

For a first build, I wouldn't get a top-quality machine unless instructed to. Getting a i7 K series without knowing what it means won't be helpful. There are not so many games out there that can use 4 cores, so using 8 could take a while (and HT is kind of a cheat from Intel's marketing team...

Upgrading Core 2 Duo E6750 from 2gb to 4gb advice?

What's your budget? Upgrading RAM and putting an SSD definetly improves the user experiences. You may get another graphics card a little bit newer than the one you have.

    Gaming Build under $700

Intel build seems ok for gaming.

Need Help With First PC Build

If it's only for gaming, don't get an i7, go for an i5. And if you want to OC, add a more powerful PSU. Also, unless you have a strong necessity, there's no need to have a DVD nowadays.

Will this expensive pc build be future proof?

Seems good. I'll throw a standard HDD (1 or 2 TB) to store data (non-games nor applications).

Will this expensive pc build be future proof?

Personally, I'd go with G.Skill if you can afford it. You can either choose a faster ram (2400Mhz) or a ram with less CAS (CL9).

I've got some doubts about the keyboard and I don't know if I should get 16GB RAM or not

Amazon uses stock product photos even if there are variants. You could always complain lately if the product does not match the specs. More RAM means more data at the same time.

Will this expensive pc build be future proof?

Do you plan on OC? I guess you are since you're getting the i7-K series and a Z87 chipset. My advise would be to get a faster RAM, then you'll see more results when OC'ing.

    I am building a pc for 1100-1200

Replace RAM on realchaos build for a faster one, then you'll be able to OC the whole set.
