I was wondering if I could just toss any hard drive into my pc. I am upgrading my pc (gpu/cpu/mobo/ram/case) and if i took the hard drive that is in my PC now and just plugged it into the new build will it be fine? Someone told me it wont work because i'm going to have the wrong drivers, but...

I use the same one 192.168.0.1 and my router is a DLink DIR-825

When I type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 into my browser it just stays white and nothing happens. I can access it on my phone and other PCs throughout the house, but I want to be able to edit my router setting with my pc.
