actually that's the problem these couple of days, i tried to unplug-replug the graphics card and ram... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

well, last night ( i live in +7 GMT ) i left the graphics card outside of the cpu and just put it on the table overnight... so as you suggested... i put it back on the cpu just now and... it turned on. so... what actually happened?

OS Windows 7 processor : AMD Athlon 64 X2 DualCore Processor 4200+ 2.20Ghz RAM : 2 x 1GB OCZ ddr2 pc2-6400 ,PN : OCZ2VU8001G graphic card : ATI Radeon HD 3600, i'm not sure about the psu, but i believe it's sun-bio c450 psu... well, according to my google search and my motherboard is "ecs c51...
