Ok, it seems like I have no problems anymore, it seems that it was related to drivers cause Heaven kept crashing at the same point, I used DDU to completely remove drivers, reinstalled and it worked with no trouble, I will keep testing and giving you the results (OC core 171 and up)

Yes, Im using Heaven and Firestrike, when I go back to stock clocks it works normally, but when I OC it works for a while (3d aps like heaven) and then crashes, for what ive seen Im not the only one with this problem
