There's two SoC voltages reported in HWiNFO: CPU VDDCR_SOC and CPU SOC. For me, the first one is not higher than 1.29V no matter what, and the other one is up to 1.341V. Might be they limited the wrong voltage?

Well, I'm not sure ASUS fixed anything with their AGESA 1.0.0.7-based beta-BIOS. CPU SOC still 1.34V in average. And those temperatures, oh God... I know it's CinebenchR23 for 10 minutes and it's "just Noctua NH-D15", but... EXPO II by the way.

The readings might be right though. ASUS released a beta BIOS that limits the SoC voltage to 1.3V on all Ryzen 7000 processors (HWiNFO shows 1.29V now instead of 1.34V like on the screenshot) and shows the following warning when you try to change the Ai Overclock Tuner from Auto to XMP/EXPO...
