Found the issue, it was ray tracing from the latest NVIDIA Driver, so i downgraded to version 399.24, which has no ray tracing enabled, and everything is fixed. Stable 60 FPS not dropping frames anymore.

This is how i fixed it and it's easy. In Bios under BOOT section select boot\CSM (compatibility support module) ---> boot from storage devices, UEFI driver first is selected. Have fun!

I got this idea of changing my side fans and front fan from sucking in air to push out the air, i got a corsair h100i watercooling. Fresh air wont really get sucked in because we are going to the summer soon and my gaming room gets kinda hot. What do you think and why ?
