My psu is chirping very quickly and no power to any components. I turned it off last night no issues and woke up this morning with it chirping and no power. Might any of my hardware be destroyed??

just changed my dns to open and it did nothing...

i have uninstalled and reinstalled ethernet drivers, changing duplex, different cables, different pc, everything can connect just fine but my gaming rig and its driving me crazy been at it for 3 hours or so and cant find a solution. please help me! my wifi on the rig works just fine.
