what if I already have a dedicated GPU? (RX 580 8gb) I've heard 9400f is a lot more powerful than even R5 2600 which is more powerful than 3300x. also, I don't think I'm going for an upgrade anytime soon.

I have a weak gpu and have to lower ingame resolution on some modern games to 720p.since 720p content looks better on 720p monitor should I buy 60-75hz 720p monitor or 60-75-120-144hz 1080p with amd's freesync?
