if recovered files can't be opened, then they might have been damaged. if in that case, nobody can repaire damaged files

Sorry, that's not possible. RAW is a kind of error of file system, so the way to convert RAW to FAT or NTFS is formatting. but file on the drive will be lost after formatting. what's worse, RAW drive is not accessible, so you can't save files before formatting...
