Hey everyone, I was just wondering, is there a big difference in upgrading from a 660 to a 950, I mostly want to get a new card for fallout 4, and rainbow six siege and such. So is this a good upgrade or should I just wait and save up for something else? Thanks

I so ive been having this problem, and my cpu is at 0% and my memory is at 51%, using basically 4gb of my 8gb ram, But I only have google chrome open. I don't know if its memory leaks or not, but any help is appreciated thanks. Here is a screenshot of my task manager...
