It was my BIOS all along, I updated my bios to the version which supports 9th generation the first time, but there were other bios updates needed so I installed them and its working now!!

I replied above, I have a question thought I the front panel ports on the motherboard I didn't really check them I just plugged them randomly, could this be causing the probem? I didn't consider this at the start because the pc starts up fine

No I didn't do a full fresh intall of winodws I dont think its needed right? last psu was 450 vs corsair the sata cables It took my a while to plug them lol Do I need to reinstall windows and how?
