3 beeps when the RAM are removed, an no when they are placed in the mobo, right? This could mean that the RAM are bad. It would be great if you could test the RAM in another build or borrow another ddr4 RAM and try if it works in your computer.

it should POST before it does anything else. Most times the mobo or chassis have a speaker for POST. Did it POST while it worked and your speakers were turned off?
