I found out that the PSU is ATX. Does that mean it can be replaced with another ATX psu that's stronger?

Hello, people. I'm going to buy this used PC, which is the HP PRO 3300, and I'm looking to put a good GPU in it, so I can have a decent gaming PC that can play the latest titles, is it able to run a GTX 1050, for example? Or is the PSU too weak for that?

Also, weird that I found out that a 500w version of this one as two 6+2 pcie and looks really similar.
