No they're not listed. After they stopped connecting, I unpaired them thinking repairing would fix things; but I couldn't pair them again. I don't have any other Bluetooth accessory except my headphones.

Ok so I finally managed to fix it. It was related to something about the partition id/type. Found this after a lot of googling https://superuser.com/a/1383748/1040351 And I had the exact same problem mentioned there, both BCD and recovery are fixed now :)

That is exactly what I did. The BIOS detects the new boot partition, I can boot using it and all, it's just windows that won't change its BCD entries to the new one. This also somehow causes the Windows recovery to not work with the new boot partition, ie it doesn't show up when doing shift +...

The router is in my mine. It is either just my crappy router or my ISP. I got it bundled with my internet subscription. I don't think it has a way for collecting logs. It's working fine now.

So this just started happening again. Ran the troubleshooter, and it said the DNS server wasn't responding. I tried setting it to use Google's and Cloudflare's DNS, but it's the same. But whenever I connect a VPN it works properly so this might actually be a DNS issue.
