Fixed it, after googling, i assume the OC afterburner set was too high, and forced the GPU into a loop and fucking up something, so i had to completely remove the drivers with DDU, but that fucked up aswell so i had to reinstall Windows but now it's working fine. Oh boy what a evening.

One of my cables were touching the GPU fan so it made alot of noise, i tried to move the cabel out of the way but it was hard so i manually stopped the fan by pressing my finger against the center-point, well it worked but the fan won't start spinning again, i've tried changing the fan speeds...

Haha i think it was the driver screwing up, according to other people with the same problem, i've gotten the Beta omega drivers and the problem seems to have stopped, if the problem doesn't show up today i will make this the solution.

UPDATE: It's not a flashing black screen, it's like an fullscreen application minimizing, the CMD is just the windows animation as it "flyes" down the screen.
