No you're right I don't know what I'm doing in this case. I work on servers all day and the differences in BIOS behavior can cross me up sometimes. I'll try that tonight and see what happens. Thanks!

I just built a new system with a Ryzen 3700X on an Asus X570-E Gaming motherboard with the goal of moving to a Corsair MP600 NVMe drive. Everything else in the system is working swimmingly, but no matter what I've tried I can't get either BIOS or Windows to see the NVMe. So far I've tried...
