I' trying to disable integrated intel graphic

I have an Asus FX504GE, when I go in to the bios in advance mode it doesn't let me change some settings such as graphic configuration, boot option proprieties, usb configuration, etc. Is there any way to access those settings? View: https://m.imgur.com/gallery/Qb5hFxm

So it's better that i should save money on GPU and spend on CPU and mobo? Or should i take a little bit cheaper CPU and take a 970?
