When I start up my computer I'm already using up quite a bit of my ram (<40%) and some of my CPU usage (<20%). Is there a way to start up my computer with everything I need for gaming? Also, don't suggest safe mode because safe mode doesn't start up with drivers.

My specs are: Intel i5 Dual Core Processor w/ 2.5 ghz turbo boost up to 3.1 ghz Nvidia GeForce 630m and 1 gb of VRAM 3.6 gb of usable ram
