Really hope it isn't damaged I'm quite broke atm so I can't buy a new one just yet but Just curious but is there any chance that dust could be the thing preventing it from starting up?

I'll probably test the motherboard out since I had a repair shop try and troubleshoot and they found it still worked I really hope it won't be the Mobo since that seems a hassle to replace

Yes I bought one because power outages were common in my area however even that didn't help the problem I have now is that there wasn't a power outage in my area yet it still happened
