Hello, I have been facing an issue over the past few weeks. GPU: RTX 2080 Ti When I use 3D software like Unreal Engine or Blender, the GPU doesn't maintain a consistent speed. Instead, it suddenly peaks at maximum speed for a few seconds before returning to normal. I can't find a solution...
