I just got off of work, but i remembered something. When i finished the built I didnt install Intel ME update at all before updating the BIOS. I think i might have to reset the BIOS completely and then do it the right way. Im not sure if thats causing the issue, considering im not super tech...

unfortunately i cant get into windows, i wiped the ssd drive from the windows install because even during the install it would blue screen. Unless i can it access it from the BIOS, i don't have the minidumps.

Update: Both RAM passed the memtest, i got the BIOS version wrong. It's ver. 1002 not 2404.
